Official Warped Tour 05 review
Ok, lets get to it. I left here on Wednesday and arrived in Montreal around 6pm. I spent most of the evening downtown checking out various bars and the night life on St Catherines St. Around 11 I landed at Nicos where we watched DVDs and looked at suicide girls until 5am. Then it was time to get it the fuck on.
We arrived in QC at 8am and parked next to the strung out bus. Myself, Nico, and Diego headed to the closest Mcdonalds for breakfast and of course myself and Nico got order fucked by the non english attendee. Oh well. We left mcd’s and headed to the first gas station where they made us wait from 745-8am to get booze. Warped was in the parking lot of the pepsi colliseum and since we were there so early we got rad spots right next to the Dropkick Murphys. With Youthinasia right by our sides we began the preparations. Set up was usually the most fun part of this tour. Each day is the same schedule. Arrive, setup, wait for coffee guy to bring “regular or decafe” which was always beer in the end and then get set times.
We got tons of footage with Diego and me on the cams so expect a nice DVD release or maybe just an EPK really soon from The Real Deal. Since I met these guys they have gotten better and better and I have to say they have developed quite a stage presence. They rocked on every stop. Montreal of course being the largest. Here’s a few live shots of TRD and Youthinasia from the HOT TOPIC!

The shows all ended up awesome. Barrie was one big dust cloud of dirt but as you can see below it was a pretty big show.

And that wasn’t even half of the venue. I’ve never had more fun in my life. Warped Tour is great. If you haven’t been, go. If your not a dick and you go out and try and meet people you will leave with more friends then you ever thought you could obtain. All because of music. Fuck yeah can’t wait for next year. Watch The Real Deals website for some clips if your lucky.
